The home sales of the suburbs give Dallas sellers and buyers an idea of what the market has been doing. Dallas suburbs have some interesting statistics to give you. Review carefully how some segments of the Dallas real estate has changed sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse depending on the price range. These statistics have been provided by Chicago Title and derived from the North Texas Real Estate Information Services known as NTREIS. The statistics cover the 1st quarter of sales for properties by the cities that are listed. The information that is compared includes the average sales in different sold price categories.
Here are some of the comparisons made between 2008 and 2009 for Dallas suburbs. The cities included in the study are listed. If you would like more in-depth information on one of these real estate areas or other cities, call me at 972-998-9333.
